1. Return within 30 days
- Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any requests.
- Important note: The product must be intact, unused, with all labels and packaging intact.
2. Return conditions
We only accept returns if the following criteria are met:
- Product condition: New, unused, no signs of damage, no strange smell.
- Intact labels: All products must retain their original packaging and labels.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products that are part of a special promotion or sale.
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Get detailed instructions: Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Return the product: Package the product securely and send it to the address we provide. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event that the product is not defective or damaged by the manufacturer.
4. Refund Method
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the refund according to the following steps:
- Refund Method: The amount will be refunded to the account/card you used to make the original payment.
- Refund Time: After inspection, the money will be refunded within 30 working days. The time may vary depending on your payment method.
5. Order Cancellation Time
Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and we will not be able to support order cancellation.
For orders that are more than 24 hours old, you can still return the product after receiving the goods according to our return policy.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected time:

- Contact your credit card service provider. It may take some time for the refund to be updated.
- Contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is credited.
