Label intact: All products must retain their original packaging and labels.

Non-returnable items

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

2. What is the return process?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Get detailed instructions: Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  • Return the product: Package the product securely and send it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event that the product is not defective or damaged by the manufacturer.

3. What is the refund method?

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund according to the following steps:

  • Refund method: The amount will be refunded to the account/card you used to make the original payment.
  • Refund time: The money will be refunded within 30 business days after inspection. The time may vary depending on your payment method.

4. What is the cancellation period?

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and we will not be able to support cancellations. However, you can still return the product after receiving it according to our return policy.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page or check your delivery confirmation email.

6. What if the product is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide detailed photos of the damaged item. We will guide you through the return process and will either offer a replacement or a refund depending on the condition and your preferences.

9. Can I change my shipping address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change the address before the order is shipped. However, if the order has already been processed, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
