2. Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order is charged. We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum to ensure you can enjoy your shopping experience without worrying about additional costs.
3. Processing and delivery time
Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (CST) every day.
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
Once the order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days, depending on the destination. In some special cases such as bad weather or epidemics, delivery times may be longer. We will try to notify you via email as soon as possible if there are any delays.
4. Shipping Unit
At Titowalker.store, we rely on the USPS to ensure that your orders are delivered to the correct address safely and on time.
5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide detailed photos of the damaged item. We will guide you through the return process and will either offer a replacement or a refund depending on the condition and your preference. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
7. Undeliverable Addresses & Returned Packages
In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or a package not being received, we will refund your money, minus the original shipping costs. If you would like us to resend the item, you will need to place a new order. To avoid these issues, please double check your shipping address before completing your order.
8. Delays
While we make every effort to ensure prompt processing and delivery, please note that Titowalker.store is not responsible for delays arising from factors such as inclement weather, customs clearance or force majeure events involving the shipping unit. We will notify you immediately if any delays occur.
